Custom Windows does a great job to keep the enclosed area dry. We used their services. However, you may want to consider problems with drywall if the space does not have ac/dehumidification. HVAC system was not configured to handle the additional closed space you will gain. Leaving sliding doors open to condition the area helps but puts strain on the equipment. Splitter unit can handle the area with no problem but comes with a cost. Our lanai drywall—not conditioned air—ceiling stays dry but seams need periodic attention due to higher humidity, etc. A good contractor can give you pros/cons, material choices like cement board, etc. Custom Windows is a place to start for info. Cost per square foot to get this amount of enjoyable space is worth the investment.
