Try one of the restoration companies, IMHO, I think there will be a lot more involved that you are expecting. Most of the drains do not go outside immediately. I saw the actual construction in our house, and in our case it would have been a big deal to tap into the drain (floor was open for another reason). Also, the addition of another drain may require changes to the existing vent.
