I had the same question when I was here, and a little frustrated that I got a wide range of suggestions. But I think now that all the settings suggested work, the result is the same. I have a thermostat with humidity built in, and it has a "Florida" mode that automatically picks 85F / 60% . I felt that was a bit high for temperature, worried a bit about stuff in the house getting too hot. So I manually set it at 80F and 60%. But any temp in the 80 to 85 will save you money on AC and the 60% humidity will prevent any damage.
