barefoot.I was having the same problem as the bar that comes up at the top was not appearing. Then I figured it was because I have this darn "dial-up service\' and it takes so much longer. I went to the spanish springs site and waiting and after 30 sec. to a minute the bar appeared and I clikc where it said click here and it asked me if I wanted to install active x and I said yes and then had to wait a couple of minutes for it to install. Both sites appear now but I cannot make them bigger so someone will have to twll me how to do that...If I can ever get down here again I had going to find out someway for highspeed. (maybe have to rent a house with high speed would help.) Gotta keep locking..
