I did my homework. We bought south of 44 on our own. It was OUR decision, nobody else’s.
It doesn’t matter if they aren’t realtors. Most real estate sales people are NOT realtors. They don’t need to be a realtor to sell houses, they just need to be associated with one.
The fact that TV and MLS do not cooperate on sales with each other is irrelevant.
