Just made a phone call to Community Watch. I asked the dispatcher if they patrolled 24 hours per day. His answer was yes, they run 4, 6 hour shifts per day. Their goal is to patrol
every village at least 3-4 times. The only exception would be if there was an emergency somewhere in the villages, the drivers may be delayed or not complete their complete patrol. (Guess the head guy at deed enforcement misspoke)
