Can you site your source that Katie Belle's failed for lack of support besides years of speculation posted here on TOTV. I personally believe there was other issues besides profit for that decision. And next a certain faction here will say none of my business - right you are. But in my case in 2005 a TV "sales agent" showed us around and referred to it as resident's only club and the flagship of TV. It is an exclusive benefit of becoming a TV resident. Certainly ripe for interpretation as an implied contract.
