If the TV Land residents wanted just a "normal city" they could have stopped their southward journey at Chattanooga. Save gas and travel time to go back to visit up North. They could have a bigger yard for less money. They instead wanted all the many benefits that TV Land offers. And WITHOUT unwanted changes. Can't you know? The place is a thinly disguised autocracy. There are many hazards to life possibly(?) coming in the next few years that will make this TV Land deterioration look like small potatoes!
