Using that logic, why do so many on here constantly whine about getting a Costco, Trader Joe's, etc.? And surely you don't shop at unbridled growth compnies like Amazon, or Wal-Mart or Publix, or use any of the newer amenities because without growth they wouuldn't even exist.

Amazing how many people figure "hey, I got mine, we don't need any more people and the developer should go out of business costing thousands of people their job".
