Not trying to change the thread subject too much, but since we will be purchasing a used home, does anyone have a link or statistics as to how long a Villages built home's roof is likely to last? I have found generic national statistics and even those for Florida, but I'm thinking the people here on TOTV have the first hand knowledge. I also realize that the home inspection before purchasing should address this (along with the big shingle issue I've read about), but once again, first hand experience can't be beat.
