You would think The Villages would hire 20-25 people who’s job it is to drive each Village, take pictures, and report at the end of their shift any violations. The Village Watch people are already paid to drive around neighborhoods 24/7. Couldn't they report violations? And if a homeowner saw a violation, how about if they call Village Watch to file complaint, anonymously or otherwise?
