This doesn't directly affect me, my family or my friends because they do not break the law. Somewhere off in the ether someone has decided that there should be a movement supposedly that is anti-racist, of course, a very good thing. However it is affecting this country in a very negative way for good reason. While no one was looking, as the information highway roared with life, we all were becoming a lot more aware of racial bias and it was dying. Now that we have this new movement we have a lot of elements of hatred. You can call it anything you want but no one should be taunted for saying ALL LIVES MATTER. They do. We do not CHOOSE to be black or white, straight or gay but we do choose to be nasty and ugly and to act superior. If someone breaks the law, they are WRONG. I am 80 years old and have known a lot of people and I say if you work and save and follow the law, you will have fewer difficulties with everything. The police aren't the problem."

Agreed.
It amazes me that when I write on a fb page that starts with blm, that I think that if blm matters all lives should matter and I get criticized big time for feeling that way.
As a result I do not post on those threads and have unfriended a number of people based on their response.
