We live in Winifred, which has only one car entrance. And just purchased for the in-laws in Bonita. We see the one entrance as an advantage. It really cuts down on the traffic in the neighborhood.
The in-laws were here for the holidays but were unable to stay in their new home as it is rented
. They had big hopes they could stay several nights there as the renter bought the house right next door and settled on the 22nd of December. Unfortunately he did not vacate until the 30th.
They did get to see the inside and all the furnishing we had gotten. They cant wait to come down full time may first and start enjoying the Villages lifestyle.
