We have used Mark Murphy since 2012. Knowledgeable, easy to work with. Our income tax returns are fairly straightforward. Agree with other poster he is hard to get in touch with. During COVID, we offered to mail our tax documents but he said he would come by and pick them up, within the hour, to save us the time and money to Fedex. So we put the documents in an envelope and left them on the front porch. We have Ring doorbell and monitored the front porch and true to his word he picked them up. About a week later we got an email notice our tax return had been accepted and not too long after our bank account showed a deposit by the IRS. Easy, peasy!
