I actually apologize, I had a couple beers at the Cane Garden Country Club when I responded earlier and on rereading my response it didn't read well. Your point is valid but the question is, in the situation to kill one looter, running away smiling with a television appropriate justice for the crime? Heck we see on videos of groups of people mass looting, should we just setup a firing squad outside of Walmart and shoot everyone who comes running out carrying something? I believe that many here would love to see that, but is that the appropriate justice?
Lets flip the scenario, how about all the farmers that lost their farms due to the tariffs put in place? or all the people who lost their love ones because someone refused to embrace wearing a mask or failed at deploying nationwide testing? Should someone be held accountable because these farmers lost their livelihoods, ruined their businesses or loved ones were lost? It being the action of one person that caused these farmers to lose their farms, it being the action that resulted in these people losing their lives to COVID? should that person be held accountable? Also, how about the 27 trillion in debt? Is wasn't that long ago that it was 15 trillion and people were losing their collective minds, claiming that much debt was destroying our country, where did those people go?
