We have had good experience with the Sears Appliance Store in Summerfield. We have also had good experience with the service inspections on our refrigerator. I would not hesitate to at least check them out. We also heard of some bad experiences with Loew's and Home Depot on their appliances, so it may be just a roll of the dice. Best Buy was very good to deal with when we bought our dishwasher so check them out as well.
