That is exactly my point. If a golf cart is parked somewhere, let the offensive signs stand. It will just help me figure out which people to avoid, and that's a good thing.

But when the golf cart is in motion, those signs shouldn't be front and center on those windshields. They are a distraction to the driver, and they limit the driver's view of the road. Small signs (the size of bumper stickers) tucked in a corner should be fine. But not signs that cover the entire bottom half of the windshield.
