As with all large organizations, over time, comfort can breed expanded egos and shifting alliances from neutral or for residents and owners. This has happened with the TV local governing bodies and the County Commissioners.

Lifestyle preview, elaborate sales offices, trolley and boat tours, radio station, and newspaper. And we want it, we accept that we pay more we buy we own, sell our family and friends and then this Lifestyle is taken through backdoor deals.
