if you are traveling back and forth 8+ times during the year like we were previously for business and elder care support dealing with the USPS and 'snail mail' is a lot more challenging than for folks that relocate for the season and then goes back
best advice is to go as 'green' as you can with as many bills as you can...have the bill automatically charged to a credit card, or if you trust them taken directly out of your bank account
when we were traveling back and forth often I finally gave up on the USPS because of their 'sluggish' service and had everything that was still 'snail mail' sent to a UPS box that I rented. When up north I would call the UPS store, they'd tell me what 1st class mail was in the box and overnight it if I needed it (especially any incoming client checks)
real estate tax bills most likely will be the only bill that you won't be able to go green with...but that one is easy to manage
