When I'm in town, I always remind the Crispers Manager a few days before the gathering that TOTV peeps will be arriving at 3 PM. Sometimes he arranges to have extra staff on hand.
I love sitting outdoors at Crispers. Some of us may want to wear down-filled jackets and still enjoy the patio.
