While I would have prefered the following to be correct “Right now, there is a boom in building Assisted Living and Independent Living facilities”, actually I believe VLS wasn’t able to utilize those 286 amenities for “restricted to residents of independent living or assisted living facilities (ALF/ILF) “ and changing them to “utilize the unused amenity rights for age-restricted units” was the main motive for the VLS to pursue the recent change to the 2015 amenity agreement and they will be the occupants of any new apartment dwellings in The Villages.
