A couple of restaurants closing is not a big deal. Toojay's filed for a reorganization type bankruptcy. It's obvious that they would close underperforming stores. It has nothing to do with apartments. Demshar's is closed temporarily. Hopefully, they will be able to reopen soon. Once we have a vaccine and get back to normal, those spaces will get filled.
demshars permanently closed -- the last 5 restaurants could not make it in that location -- before the china virus -- methinks greedy developers want too high rents
