Default tried everything

I have tried everything over the years. The very best thing is to take Bomine. It's sold at drug stores. I also take it the two days before the trip because it tends to make you sleepy then you get used to it. After a few days, I only take 1/2 pill and then none, that is if the sea is calm. I have had to take it every day on rougher seas. It works the best of everything. Also, take a thermal glass for coffee and iced tea as the glasses they give you a small. Disposable cameras are great so you can walk the beach and not worry about expensive cameras. We have never had this problem but it felt safe to leave a less expensive camera on the beach. Also, invest in a backpack to take when you leave the ship. Enjoy! I have several other hints if you would like them let me know where you are going and I'll help you out.
