At the Orlando airport, "always" check the prices at "L & M" car rental. They are an independent company and will always beat the prices of the big companies. Their cars are right on the airport grounds. I have instructed all of my employees who fly into Orlando to use L & M because their rates are less expensive. You can also be out of the airport in short order because there is never a line at their counter. The counter is located with all of the others on the level below luggage claim.
One time, there was a one hour wait at the Budget counter and a zero wait at the L and M counter.
