The point is a bit vague. Yes, I have had similar experiences several times here, and at various M.D.'s. Partial order, wrong items, etc. that is beside the point. These kinds of things happen, it's part of life. I do think to allow this, or similar incidents, to appear to an individual to be of such enormous importance that they produce not only such a profound emotional effect, but also compel an individual to return home, make a video based on the incident, and then post on social media. You are certainly entitled to interpret this as a normal reaction. You could certainly be correct. Many on here seem to interpret this as a normal reaction to disappointment and a mark of disrespect. I simply wanted to point out that a large corporation like Mc. D's, applies a measure of equality to it's disrespect; retirees, mechanics, teachers, or secretaries, name it, they have all received an order short an item, with a wrong item, and every thing in between. As for me, I am in the "camp" of those who see such an extreme reaction (though certainly understandable) as a need for someone to recognize this officer HAS had too much stress right now and does need someone to understand and step in. So many retired military officers and retired police commanders, chiefs, and sheriffs in The Villages. Just ask any one of them if this is a normal reaction (even if a DELIBERATE slight on the part of Mc D's) for a professional law enforcement officer ? This person does need compassion AND some R & R.
