You dress warm and close up the cart (sunbrella package down and snapped; doors and windows shut). If you're like me and can't stand the cart all closed up, you dress in LOTS of layers and be prepared to be a little cold. But, then, I'm known for driving with the top down in a convertible when I'm going skiing.
