Look around, and you'll see a number of political signs, both for Biden and Trump, posted in yards. Those are in violation of deed restrictions in most, and possibly all, CDDs. Signs and flags are two different things under Florida law. Here is a link to the Florida flag law. Some flags are allowed even if they violate a deed restriction, but I don't think the law covers political flags.
