As for Canadians, they can fly here or get here by train (or boat
) . That entry is not closed. They can ship their "stuff" here so while the "drive your car through" the Canadian border is closed they can still get here with just a little bit of inconvenience. As for Europe. there are a few UK folks here already, not sure how they got here, I guess where there is a will there is a way.
