My house here in Ohio is not on the market yet. Was going on in April or May. Still have painting to do and replace some carpet. A couple wants to buy my house "as is". It is a friends daughter. They have been pre-approved and are looking for the best rate today! I will then rent it back from them until June. Please pray that this all works out! Fingers and toes crossed, jammies on backwards -whatever you believe! After wind chills of -39 last Friday I really need to be in TV!
