its cheap, its insurance. You don't need insurance until you do. . . for those who think that they can predict the future with certainty, they might disagree. However, with too many 100 year events happening these days. . . I have it for the tropical storm over my house, which means you all are safe!

Houston sometimes floods on a normal rain day. Houston is basically 1 large paved parking lot with no attempt at flood control.
