They work for me...to a point.
I have used Sea Bands for almost 20 years. They allow me to read in a moving vehicle, endure the roughest airplane turbulance, and ride all but the newest and wildest rides at the theme parks.
But four foot seas off the coast of Maine...barely. Six foot seas...wouldn't dare attempt it...I'll stay on shore. The newer and wilder rides at the parks...probably not...although I did survive Mission Space at EPCOT...which I will never get on again BTW.
Make sure you place them correctly: three finger towards your elbow from the base of your wrist with the button between you tendons.
I have worn out two pair already. And make sure you buy Sea Bands brand...less expensive bands don't fit as well and don't last.
