I watched the entire process (at different times); the milling, sweeping, priming, paving and striping was a well choreographed process and quite professional. The results are beautiful. In most places it would take forever to get a pothole filled, much less and entire new road!

I don't know which post you are replying too but my complaint is not that it's being done, it's the timing.
