My opinion is Suntrust is unlikely to support it's customers and if they make a mistake they will avoid any responsibility. One of their personnel made a major mistake with us and when I approached them to make good on their error their response was, that person who misled you is no longer with us and we will not reinburse you for his/her mistake. Went to Citizens after this and am and have been very happy with them and their care. Chase has a couple of wonderful women tellers working for them and they make their bank a pleasure to go to. Obvious question is why not take Suntrust to court. I felt the cost of an attorney and expenses may be greater than the $2,000 loss in question so ate the loss.
