Here is a link if you want to file a complaint with the Federal Government. I have never done it, but I understand that it is easy to do online and the response is usually pretty good.

Another option is to send a letter to the FDIC, with a copy sent to the bank. I don't think the bank wants you to complain to the FDIC.
