Yes, my neighbor, same age house as the rest of the street, had a roofer inspect theirs, thinking he might get a new roof on his 20 year old house. The roofer said "Your roof will last another 5+ years, you had one loose shingle which I nailed down for you." No other repairs or replacement was needed. "Call us back in 5 years, we'll be happy to inspect it again."
Now that was a reputable local roofer. The same one I used.
