Paul I am sorry to say you may be wrong on that one. Selfish is the middle name of some. I've seen it many times. I've had it happen to me. You certainly can walk on the side walk. They don't want people sitting or standing there not because they will slow you down..... I would think it's about controlling the SIZE of the crowd.
In the 4 page insert that was in the Daily Sun on Thursday is a ton of information. The best part was the small print little disclaimer at the very bottom of page one. If everyone would read it and follow it along with the rules this would work a lot better. As for the rules..... they list several under the heading -
"Know before you go - For your safety we've made a few changes..." None of this should be difficult IMHO.
If someone can't understand I would think they need to consider asking for a refund of their tuition.
