I don't know either, but this summer there were 3 of us out of about 11 who said NO WAY, you can not put up ladders and "inspect" my roof. On the other hand, one of my own relatives CALLED them to come to his house in another village because he heard you could get a "free" roof for $500. And.... they got a whole new roof for $500, and think I am a real "fool" ! Oh well !
