Thanks to the Poster who recommended I use FDIC, and Consumer Protection. Hind sight says I probably should have used those opportunities. I raised the issue with the Management of Suntrust and the standard reply was the basis for the person who gave me directions, although totally wrong there was nothing they could do to reverse the loss. I moved a lot of money from their bank based on this terrible treatment and am very happy with Citizens First. I just as strongly recommend that people think twice before giving some of their investment money to Suntrust. It is easy to be responsible when there are no problems. The real test is how good the business is in bad times. They failed the that test!
