I believe that the spike in positivity in Sumter County is a reminder that this isn’t over yet. With snow birds returning I suspect TV will find an upsurge in cases. This is my opinion and my decision to continue cautious behavior is mine to make. We all must do what makes us comfortable. I think the president’s diagnosis is a reminder that we must remain vigilant.
