Factor in arranging for new doctors, grocery shopping and you being the taxi shuffling them back and forth and you're not going to have much of a life. You say that you'll all be living separately....so you'll also be signing up for managing 3 households.

IMHO you're taking on much more than you are going to be able to do. I agree with the previous posts that you should seriously look into independent or assisted living. Put a realistic plan together that allows you to oversee and manage the support services they need (which will increase over time) and personally give them the love and special care that will enrich their lives.
Agreed but something else to consider.

As your parents age they will need more and more help and at some point they will probably need some sort of assisted living arrangements.

Would it be better to go right into it immediately?

I do think that finding people to help take care of your parents is possible this place has bred all kinds of businesses.
