Many many years, it was built in 1964 when the turnpike split the Baily farm to give them cattle a way to cross between both sides of the farm.
Looking at the bridge report it will be inadequate for car traffic and since they've stated in the county plans that it will be a 4-lane bridge and it's also been stated that it will be for both cars and golf carts it;s not hard to figure that the old bridge will be removed and new span
s will be built. FDOT planning shows significant budget expenditures on this bridge for 2021 and 2022.
