It was explained to me by a SECO phone representative, that the repairmen must have 3 feet to each side and front of the SECO meter to do a repair. If an arc happens unexpectedly, the repair person needs to be able to jump out of the way of the arc. I get it. I was happy to remove the shrub in front of the SECO meter.
