Google and
Village Community Development Districts are your friend.

EVERYTHING in the tree-killing book (except for all the phone numbers of which probably 75% are outdated and which very often ends up in the trash can easily be found online on your computer or your cell phone through lots of villages resources even including maps and navigation to wherever you need to go. How do you find people in your home state? DO yo through every listing line by line and randomly call them to say hi??
