Just an FYI regarding replacement of windows.
If you purchased new and your home is still under the one year warranty,
check all your windows for both water "and" air leaks.
A window frame water leak will be easy to spot and a window air leak will usually begin with small brownish spots within the inside portion of the glass window patricians and you may also observe moisture within this area.
I also believe that if your new home is outside the one year warranty mark, The Villages warranty department will still replace for free, less a $150 administrative labor fee all windows which have air leaks. Good Luck
