What is your pet peeve about people?

I have 2:

Number 1- people who won't let you finish speaking before they jump in. I find this incredibly rude and ignorant. Unfortunately, they don't even realize they are doing it. How would YOU deal with it? Without being rude in turn, of course.

Number 2: Drivers who don't use their turn signals.
