Number 1- people who won't let you YES, I AGREE. PEOPLE ARE CONSTANTLY INTERUPTING AND TALKING OVER ONE ANOTHER AND NOT LETTING THE OTHER FINISH  finish speaking before they jump in. I find this incredibly rude and ignorant. Unfortunately, they don't even realize they are doing it. How would YOU deal with it? Without being rude in turn, of course.
