We used them and it was a disaster. They didn't cover anything that they moved on 2 wheelers. We had a simple 3 block move that they estimated at about $400. After assessing damage to our things our cost for damages amounted to $2400 . After bringing the damage to their attention we were told by one of their muscle movers that we would have to have paid more if we wanted things covered. Complete idiots! I wouldn't have American Muscle move my dogs house. Go with anyone else and pay a little more. You will be much more happy. You get what you pay for .
