Gee, I thought you were talking about replacing the subfloor. My manufactured house has the old fiberboard subfloor, which when it gets wet turns into shredded wheat like stuff. Already went through over a sheet of 3/4 plywood to replace part of it. I know I have more areas that need to be replaced. BTW, we had laminate flooring over it, which now has to be ripped up through the whole house!
