3gen Dev changes north of 466 are very different than what can be done between 466 and 44 and way different than south of 44.
Villagers N of 466 "own" their Amenities which requires the Dev to obtain permission to use the amenities. The farther south in TV the less the Dev gave up control for. So purchase a beautiful golf front home next to a del owned feature, pay your bond and premium price, and if the Dev decides to take away the course or the feature, you have no recourse.
