How section 8 is used I won’t get into all the details but a developer gets some advantages by going into program including mowing that he will receive rent every month , some regular home owners who live in 3 or 4 family homes like many places up north like the program also because there rent is guaranteed, it is a voluntary program not a mandate that can be used anywhere, you might also find that many people from the medical field , wait staff and many other people who work here to hel us enjoy our lives de have a section 8 voucher
